Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
It's a shame because I used to like Copilot. I've already switched to another tool.

What happens to Copilot? It won't allow me to paste HTML code, XML, and I experienced some issues with some JS code as well.

I'm also experiencing the same issue. I can't past in HTML code into the Copilot prompt. This was working fine for me yesterday but not today.
I have the same issue. Since a couple of days pasting xml does not work anymore. It seems like the tags are ignored / rendered as html.
Dear Marcio Kataoka,
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. I am happy to help you
First, please accept my apologize you meet such an issue and I understand it effort on your daily work. Recently I have also received reports from other users of this phenomenon, this is ongoing issue.
I would like to make a summary on this issue to find the information easily. This will also help other community members t o find solution much easier of they come across the same situation:
Issue Description:
Users unable to copy and paste HTML, XML, and JS into the prompt in Copilot.
Environment:
Microsoft Copilot
Suggestion:
I tested with other tenant accounts and the behavior persists, which should be related from the Copilot side as we can all reproduce the behavior.
But since I failed to find any related article or blogs mentioning about this, I also recommend you post in the Microsoft 365 Copilot | Microsoft Community Hub to see if there have any further confirmation from Microsoft 365 Copilot engineers and any possible workarounds.
Please correct me if I made any misunderstanding or if there have anything else I can do for you.
Your patience is highly appreciated. Hope you a nice day and stay safe!
Sincerely,
