    Hi,kyle robson2

Thank you for visiting the Microsoft Community.

According to your description, I understand that the problem you encountered is that you encountered Norton prompts when using a secure website, if it is Norton that appears to block the prompt message, then it means that there should be related software or plug-ins in the computer, which may be pre-installed in the device, you can check under the list of programs installed in the device.

In view of this situation, your current problem seems to be related to Norton and requires professional technical support from the Norton team. We recommend that you consider asking questions and consulting https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/contact (English only)

Users who have encountered problems in the same field as you will ask questions and share ideas here, and experts there will provide you with more professional solutions for Norton.

I hope the above information can help you and thank you for your understanding.
