OCR Feature = Capture an image that contains text, can recognize and convert that text into editable words.

Is there any Microsoft tool that can perform this function other than Onenote?

    Hello Nahid,

    Thank you for the response.

Microsoft Lens I believe is not part of Microsoft 365. Microsoft Azure AI service is a completely different service/world and is not part of Microsoft 365.

Is there any tool part of Microsoft 365 that offers OCR capability?

    Have a good day.
