I have a Window 11 device running version 22H2. Attached to that device I have a Microsoft Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. The dongle for that desktop is waking my computer up within seconds of it going to sleep. I have removed the batteries from the mouse and removed them from the keyboard and my system still wakes in seconds. If I remove the dongle, my system stay in sleep mode. I have tried different USB ports with no change in results. I would greatly appreciate any help.

Thank you

    Hello there,

This might be due to the power setting on you device.

Please follow the below steps to troubleshoot.

    1. Press Windows key + X key and go to device manager.
    2. There select the Bluetooth driver. Right click it and select the properties.
    3. In the properties, please select the Power Management tab and uncheck the "Allow the computer to turn of this device to save power" and check the "allow this device to wake the computer".

Hope this resolves your Query !!
