I'm trying to use Planner where there is a seperate bucket for each person and several task below them. Once the tasks have been completed I know they close (become smaller) but I was wondering if there was a way to archive them in files to refer back to later if need be. Also, so I don't have to scroll to the right if I have a hundreds of bucks that have been completed.

    That was a good question and a terrible answer. Archiving complete projects seems to be almost impossible.

    I completely agree with David Field1 in his sentiment.

    To be fair, I do not recall ever getting a helpful or actionable answer in answers.microsoft.com. So called "Microsoft Agents" are mostly clueless and not helpful.

    This is by far the worst forum to use. In comparison Reddit often more helpful.

    And unfortunately, the answers.microsoft.com comes up in google search just polluting search results.

    Dear Michelle,

    There is no such an feature in Planner.

    However, you can use Power Automate to create a scheduled flow to log the completed tasks into a file such as Excel in some specific time.

    Here is a flow for your reference.

    Select:

    Map: item()?['userId']

    Get user profile (V2): join(body('Select'),';')

    Add a row into table:

    DueDate: Formatdatetime(items('Apply_to_each')?['dueDateTime'],'MM/dd/yyyy')

    Result:

    Thank you for your time and effort.

    Sincerely
