Terminal, Command Prompt and PowerShell in Windows 11

As per my knowledge, in comparison of Terminal and Command Prompt; PowerShell commands and scrips are completely different.

And sometimes I noticed one command gets executed in both; Command Prompt and Terminal.

Moreover, you said, Linux is brought to Windows via the programme

Does it mean, Linus commands or scripts can also be executed in Terminal?

Second, please let me know, which type of command or script are specific to Command Prompt, PowerShell and Terminal?

I mean, for example, all commands executable in Command Prompt will be executable in Terminal and PowerShell also.

Similarly let me know, specific type of commands for specific platform.
