Is 'https://bshelp.top' legit for Microsoft help?

This morning received email thanking me for a Microsoft order. Legit or not? I was directed to open https://bshelp.top and I became suspicious.

Logging into Microsoft, I do not see any orders the past 3 months.

Should I forward the email to someone at Microsoft? I've searched the forum and the one page that allowed me to report the potential scam would not process the request, simply generating captcha after captcha that were not accepted.

    Dear ron mader

Thanks for raising your concerns in Microsoft Community.

We understand that you have received a phishing email. I understand your feelings and this problem is indeed troubling.

It should be explained that this website is not Microsoft's official website. Microsoft's official website will have Microsoft's domain name, i.e. Microsoft.com

For safety reasons, we recommend that you first check whether there are any unexpected deductions to avoid financial losses.

You can refer to this link to report phishing emails:

--<Phishing and suspicious behavior in Outlook - Microsoft Support>

In order to protect the security of your account, we recommend that you change your account password or add an alias to increase the security of your account:

You can refer to the above information first, I hope it will be helpful to you. We also look forward to your reply and will continue to provide you with assistance. If there is anything unclear, you can reply at any time.

Your understanding and patience will be greatly appreciated.

    Best Regards,
