Hello Stacey Sullivan, welcome to the Microsoft Community.

It looks like you want to add comments to your questions in Microsoft Forms. To confirm whether this is possible, could you share more details about your specific use case? For example, what type of form are you creating, and in which type of question do you want to add comments?

Regarding your mention of changing "Other," are you referring to a Choice question? If so, I can demonstrate how to use this type. You can click on the menu in the bottom right corner to add a subtitle, which can help explain some details about the question.

The "Other" option is typically used when respondents feel that none of the provided choices fit their answer. If you have other ideas, you can simply add a new option and edit it to whatever you prefer.

There might be some misunderstandings here, so if this doesn't meet your needs, please describe your use case in more detail in your reply. That way, I can better assist you. Looking forward to your response!

Best RegardsEliac | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
