My pictures are not downloaded from my phone

    Based on your description, we understand that you are experiencing problems with OneDrive.

    You mentioned that images cannot be downloaded from your phone. In order to provide you with more accurate assistance, we need to confirm the following information with you:

    • Is there any error message when you can't download? Is the problem only on the iPhone and is it the same problem on Windows devices?
    • Is there a problem with a specific photo or with all photos? Is the current network environment stable?

    Before knowing this information, you can refer to the steps in Manually upload files or photos to OneDrive in iOS - Microsoft Support.

    Use the OneDrive app to upload photos and videos from your device, create new folders, and move photos and videos from one OneDrive folder to another.

    Based on your description, it looks like you are experiencing backup issues. Despite having plenty of storage space, when trying to back up installed apps, a “partial backup” error occurs.

    Given this situation, it appears to be an issue with storage space under the OneDrive account. In order for you to use the service you need to have, I recommend that you report this issue to the OneDrive team for immediate assistance and request that they verify and update the storage space data for you.

    my issue relates to the inability to do a full backup of the Apps i have installed, i get a

    'partially backup" error. i am using just over 7Gb of my 100 Gb so apace is not an issue

    What should I do to fix the problem?

    Message says I have a sync issue in OneDrive.

    "Personal Vault-HP.Ink

    The name or type isn't allowed"

    "Please rename or remove from OneDrive"

    I'm having trouble accessing OneDrive from the submission link for Task 2. I've tried logging in multiple times, even from a different computer, but the link to OneDrive is not showing up. Attempted link and unlink, reset. But still could not see the links when trying upload.
    Could you please assist with this?
