If yes, then to subscribe to the Project trial subscription of Project Plan 3(download the free trial version for a month) you can directly click on this link: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkID=403844. Where it contains the license to use Project Desktop Client.

Or click on the Free trial button of this page. After you sign up for the trial, use the account created to access the Office 365 Page, and install the Project application. Reference: Install Project (microsoft.com).
