    Hello gustavo,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

    It seems you are new to CoPilot. I understand you have some doubts about how to use CoPilot in PowerPoint. I'd like to help you, please see below:

    <Essential Subscriptions>

    • You will need a valid CoPilot Pro subscription, and a Microsoft 365 subscription, to enable CoPilot features in your Office applications.
    • You can always check your subscriptions on the Service and Subscriptions Page.

    <How to find CoPilot>

    • ImageNormally, CoPilot will appear in the upper right in PowerPoint.
    • If you cannot find this button in PowerPoint, perhaps it's due to your license is not updated if you are using PowerPoint before and have newly subscribed for CoPilot Pro. Please refer to this document to troubleshoot this situation: How to find and enable missing Copilot button in Microsoft 365 apps - Microsoft Support Basically, there are 3 possible options for common users: Ensure you're using the correct account, Refresh your license, and Check your privacy settings.

    <How to use CoPilot>

    • After a quick set up, now you can experience AI-generated CoPilot features in PowerPoint! Generally, you will have these options: Create / Edit / Understand / Ask. CoPilot can create a presentation for you based on your prompts, or make changes to or summarize your current presentation.
    • To use CoPilot more efficiently, you need to learn some basic prompts. See: Get started with Microsoft Copilot Pro
    • For more information, see Copilot in PowerPoint help & learning

    Hope you can enjoy CoPilot features smoothly! If you need any further assistance, please let us know and we will provide more advice.

    Best Regards,
