At File | Options | Advanced: Print, make sure that "Scale content for A4 or 8.5 x 11" paper sizes" is not enabled.

Pedro - did you ever get this issue fixed? I am having this exact issue with Avery labels. I switched from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and now nothing lines up right. I can get the first label in a row to print OK by adjusting margins, but then they get progressively worse each row of labels. It seems almost like a scaling issue, but I've checked all the recommended fixes for print-scaling issues and none of them have helped. I tried downloading a fresh template from Avery and still the same issue. I think it is either a Windows 11 issue, or a Microsoft 365 issue.

I am using an Avery template of 30 labels on a letter size sheet, when writing in the center of each label it looks like it fits well in the preview, but when it is finally printed the writing appears outside the margins of this space.

Hi, thank you for reaching out. My name is Deeksha and I'm a Microsoft user like yourself and I will try to help you as best as I can today.

Check Printer Settings: Open the document containing the labels you want to print. Go to the print settings or print dialog box in the application you're using (e.g., Microsoft Word). Make sure the paper size, orientation, and other printer settings match the settings used on the other computers where the labels print correctly. Adjust the settings as needed to match the desired configuration.

Update Printer Drivers: Visit the manufacturer's website for your printer model. Look for the latest printer drivers compatible with your Dell laptop's operating system. Download and install the latest printer drivers following the instructions provided on the website. Restart your computer after installing the updated drivers.

Calibrate Printer: Refer to your printer's user manual or settings menu to locate the calibration options. Follow the instructions provided in the manual or settings menu to run a calibration process. This process may involve printing a calibration sheet and making adjustments to ensure accurate printing.

Check Printer Preferences: Open the print settings or print dialog box in the application you're using. Review the printer preferences and ensure they match the settings used on the other computers. Pay attention to options such as print quality, scaling, and color settings. Make any necessary adjustments to align the preferences with the desired configuration.

Test with Different Software: Try printing the labels from a different software application on your Dell laptop. Use applications such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Google Docs, or any other software capable of printing documents. Determine if the issue persists across all programs or if it's specific to a particular application. Check for System Updates:

Open the system settings or control panel on your Dell laptop. Look for the option to check for updates or system updates. Download and install any available updates for your operating system. Restart your computer if prompted to complete the update process.

Try Different Label Sheets: If possible, try printing the labels on a different brand or type of label sheets. Use label sheets that are compatible with your printer model. Determine if the issue persists with different label sheets or if it's specific to the original label sheets.

Reset Printer Settings: Refer to your printer's user manual or settings menu to locate the option to reset to default settings. Follow the instructions provided to reset the printer to its default settings. This will eliminate any customized settings that may be causing problems with printing.

Try these steps and hopefully, it resolves your issue. In case you need further help or assistance, please let us know. You can also contact Microsoft Support if the problem persists.

    Best regards Deeksha
