Are any of you using Trend Micro Worry Free? We're looking into this issue as well and found this on Reddit. https://www.reddit.com/r/sysadmin/comments/112ytzh/ms365_office_app_login_issues_since_monday/
Error CAA60007 forMicrosoft Office 365 Business Standard
I know this is probably the wrong place to ask but after days of Microsoft support they directed me here once they learned user computers are Azure AD joined. Here is the current environment/situation:
- Issue: Majority of the computers are having Outlook go through a sign-in loop with OneDrive needing a re-login as a side-effect. Outlook systray states cannot connect to server. Early on the CAA60007 error (image provided below) would appear but has seen stopped appearing but the same behavior continues.
- Issue is a daily occurrence for one computer, three computers have never had the issue (only difference is one of the three is an older machine that has not been replaced), all other computers have an issue occurrence level that varies.
- Most user outlooks are setup with multiple mail accounts and only for their Outlook desktop app, other settings/locations have a single account
- All local accounts signed into their computers
- All running windows 11
- Changes leading up to this issue: reset/change password for one shared email account, organization was added to ITAT Microsoft Partner Center, added all Azure AD Roles Admin Relationship within the Partner Center for testing but has since been removed, added-used-then removed trial license of Microsoft 365 Business Premium
I've done my own troubleshooting before reaching out to Microsoft support to do their troubleshooting and now I'm here. All solutions resulted in temporary solutions that last between a couple hours to a couple days, four days being the longest. Support stated this may be an Azure configuration issue and before I fill out a ticket I figured I should ask the community. Doesn't help that none of the ticket options feel like the right category. Anyways, here are the troubleshooting steps I've done that I can remember off the top of my head:
- Restart
- Reinstall Office 365 suite including uninstalling all other installed Office apps
- Run Office 365 repair tool, including Windows settings uninstall/repair option
- Re-login
- Clear credential manager
- Regedit changes (Microsoft support guided)
- Date/Time set to automatic

I have the same here. Such a pain in the a... Even if I fully uninstall all Office 365 in the computer, and install it again, the problem remain.

Restart computer and sign on as an administrator
Browse to the "c:\users\%USERNAME%\appdata\local\packages" folder for the user you are looking to fix
Rename the folder that begins with "Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_xxxxxxxxx" to "Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_xxxxxxxxx.old"
log off and back on as user
try again
good luck

2023-03-20T15:21:15.15+00:00 We have been having this issue and it seems to be getting worse. We do run Trend Worry Free, and I have made the suggested changes we shall see if it fixes the problem. But this is not a Trend issue this Microsoft making changes without any regard to how it impacts paying customers. We have been using WFB and 365 for years without this problem. Microsoft really should stop breaking things that others have to fix.
