Content missing when opening Word documents in Windows 11

I've just switched to Windows 11 this weekend. When I tried to open some work Word documents I was working on earlier, I noticed that a great part of the content was missing (the missing content proportion changes from one document to the other, but in one case, a 70-pages document turned out just to have 5 pages when I opened it in Word in Windows 11, whereas all the content was here when I tried with Gdrive, Word online, or on other computers with Windows 10.

Did anyone have the same issue? Can it be solved?

Which version of Word are you running?

Can you see the missing content in another view, such as Web Layout view? In that case, try copying the document, omitting the final text paragraph, into a new blank document. Does that overcome the issue?
