You can use either the table or the #() method but insert a SEQ field in place of the number. Use the Ctrl+F9 shortcut (or Ctrl+Fn+F9 on some laptops) to insert the field braces, and type the keyword SEQ followed by a space and at least one letter -- use the same letter(s) in each SEQ field. When the field is complete, press F9 (or Fn+F9) to update the field and display the equation's number instead of the field code. See Word Fields - Useful Keyboard Shortcuts for more information.

You can copy the #({SEQ num}) expression and paste it into each equation, or save it as an AutoText entry or a formatted AutoCorrect entry.

Here's a selection of equations with the field code displayed (in the linear format for the first two):

and with the fields updated and showing their results in professional format:

If you insert or delete an equation in the middle of a sequence, or if you reorder the equations, you need to select all (Ctrl+A) and update the fields (F9) to show the revised numbers.

Is there any way to set AutoCorrect or something to add #({SEQ num}) as a suffix to created equastion?

There is not. Again, you can use the Caption feature to create a number.

I didn't think of using AutoCorrect earlier i think it is going in a good way, because table thing is not working for me as it is destroying my rows

    Destroying your rows, how?

Again, if you use the Caption feature, it is relatively easy to create a Table of Equations.

Look again at the link on Captions, in particular, about using this feature with Equations.

You can use a SEQuence Field.

These are automatically created when you have Word create a caption.

    Insert a Caption

Using the Caption feature makes it easy for you to create a separate Table of Equations.

    Insert a Table of Equations

If you want your numbers to appear in-line with equations on the left or right, you would want them to be placed in a table.

There are links to instructions on how to do that in the section on inserting a Caption.
