Dear Mohamed Fahmy Abdul Kaleel,
Thanks for visiting Microsoft Community. I am happy to help you.
I understand that you are asked to log in when you log in to a Microsoft application and you receive the error code HTTP404.
What troubleshooting have you done?
Can you switch to another network, device, or account to log into the Microsoft application?
There are a number of reasons why HTTP404 occurs and you can try the following:
1.Change network:
If it is convenient, you can also try to change the hotspot of your cell phone and try again, and if you have other networks, you can try to change the network several times.
2. Change DNS.
Hold down win+Q, open the search box Type ncpa.cpl
Click on the name of the network you are now connected to, open the Network Status window, click on "Properties", double click on "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP / IPv4)" in the Network Properties window.
Manually set the DNS servers to "4.2.2.1" and "4.2.2.2", OK and try again.
3. Adjust Internet Options.
Hold down Win+Q, open the search box and type inetcpl.cpl.
Open Internet Options, click Advanced and check "Use SSL 3.0", "Use TLS 1.0", "Use TLS 1.1", "Use TLS 1.2", apply and restart the computer to see if the problem can be solved.
Please feel free to contact me if you need further assistance.
Best regards
