I am having lots of difficulty getting a refund from a Microsoft Agent. All my messages, emails and phone calls are ignored.

    If you purchased direct from MS you use the MS returns Policy, specific to your region, you cannot email or chat.

    And since o2019 has not been sold by MS for some time its difficult to invisage or see how you qualify for the MS returns policy.
