Whenever I open my Microsoft 365 online account on my Imac a small window pops up that says "Manage your account. Find, organise, and share files in My Content." This is extremely annoying, how do I stop it from opening every time I open the online application?

It's designed to be a on-way avenue of communication. It isn't intended to provide two-way conversation.

My guess is that the volume of Feedback makes it economically unrealistic. It would require a large, well-paid team of attendants to keep pace with it. [Not to mention the amount of where is the "any key" messages it attracts.🙂] That sort of service is extremely expensive & generates no revenue. It probably would drive the price of the software to an undesirable level.

You will not get a personal reply. however, Feedback is monitored by the development group & sufficient demand can bring about change based on a number of other variables. For example, programming & economic feasibility as well as compliance with Apple guidelines.

    Hello,Gary Richardson1

    Welcome to the Microsoft community!

I have realized that your issues.

Before that, I would like to ask you for some information to better address your question.

I would like to confirm if your account is a personal account or a company account?

Based on your reported errors, it appears that there is an issue with your account verification.

It may be that you need to visit the https://account.microsoft.com/services to verify and check your account information.

If it is a corporate account you need to contact your corporate IT to check the account configuration.

In the meantime, you can also try the following to check if the problem is with your system.

Add a user or group on Mac - Apple Support (SG)

    Hi Ryan,

    Thanks for your response.

I din't know why you think it is an account verification error?

I visited the account page that you provided a link for and I don't see anything wrong there. What am I meant to check? You didn't provide any information about what I should be looking for or what I should be checking at the link so it was of no help.

To answer your question, my account is personal.

The second link you provided me to add a mac user is of no use to me as I am the only user of my computer so I don't see how that link can help either.

So do you have any way of helping me with my initial problem?
