Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to HP Officejet 4500 printer drivers compatibility with Windows 11.
I have done some quick search on HP forums and as pe HP "This printer is not compatible with Windows 11 operating system, that is the reason it is showing as offline"
However I would also suggest you to contact HP support to get it verified.
