    1, can not log in what specific manifestations? Is there any error report?

    2, in which place can not login? Which software? Or which web page?

    3, what is the product that requires login? Is it a personal version or a school version?

    If you can, we suggest you to provide screenshot information (account number, account name and other private information coded before uploading) so that we can understand your situation more intuitively.
