Sorting Documents in SharePoint: Custom Order for Files and Folders

I want my SharePoint document library to have a specific order. I would like the files that start with "PSC" to appear first, followed by all other files and folders in ascending order by name. I do not want to change any file names. I have tried multiple times to achieve this, but I keep encountering issues:

Sometimes the folders appear on top, with all documents sorted in ascending order.
Other times, the "PSC" file is first, but the folders are mixed in incorrectly.
In some instances, all folders are on top, and then I find the "PSC" folder, followed by other items sorted in ascending order.

Can someone guide me on how to set the "Edit current view" in SharePoint to achieve the following order?

PSC (PDF file)

Appendix 1 (PDF file)

Appendix 2 (PDF file)

Att 1 _Art (folder)

Att 2_ Business (folder)

Att 3 (PDF file)

Att 4 (PDF file)

I understand your concern and to my knowledge, I am sorry to convey that the order you are looking to achieve in the SharePoint Online document library is not possible because the folders in the document library will be in the order and then the files.

I agree with you on having the ability to arrange the files and folders in the custom order on the document library of the SharePoint Online will benefit the users and I suggest you add your valuable ideas as feedback in the SharePoint · Community which is the best place to share our ideas and improve the Microsoft products.
