SharePoint vs. SharePoint - What's the Difference?

Hello,

I'm trying to become familiar with managing an office SharePoint site by searching for tutorials online but none of the video interfaces look like the established SharePoint site used at the office. Here's an example of the edit menu from the established office SharePoint site:

The video tutorials that I have found are providing training on what seems to be SharePoint on the web (I think). I was also able to find this version in the office which doesn't appear to be utilized. Here's an example of the interface for the tutorials in my search results:

Can someone help me understand the difference between these two SharePoint sites so I can find the information and tutorials that correspond with the version used in the office (#1)?
