Thank you for reaching out.
- I am logging into Microsoft Designer with a personal account.
- My computer is a personal computer, and the network I am using is not a campus network.
- When my login to Microsoft Designer fails, it gets stuck in my browsers, and the app doesn't work at all.
Additionally, I understand that this may be related to my network environment. I have tried changing the network my device is connected to (Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot) to see if it resolves the issue, but it hasn't worked. I also logged in to the specified page with my account to verify that there were no problems with my account.
