Good day
I have a family Microsoft subscription that is coming up fro renewal on 1 February.
I have a gift card that I would like to use to pay for the subscription with the balance to be paid by my credit card.
I have redeemed the card onto my Microsoft account and can see the balance there but cannot work out how to use it against my subscription.
Please could you assist me in advising how i could do this.
Thanks
Stephen
