How can I use Microsoft Bookings to set up meetings for my boss?

How can I use Microsoft Bookings to set up meetings for my boss? I can see their calendar through outlook but can't create an appointment directly through their calendar. The idea is to use Bookings to provide all available days and times from my boss to other internal employees to select. If I use Bookings through my work account, it will come from my outlook calendar not my boss's, correct? TIA.
