Which 365 project is equivalent to Project Standard

I need to get Microsoft Project to assist with client projects. I believe Project Standard would suffice but can't see which 365 plan is equivalent. Also, if I add Project to our 365 account can I do that for a single user or does it have to be for all users?

    Terry --

The M365 version of Microsoft Project gives you all of the features of Microsoft Project Professional, which has a few more features than Microsoft Project Standard. If you have a Plan 3 license asssigned to your account, that license is only good for you, a single user. Hope this helps.

    Dear Terry,

I guess that what "Project Standard" you mean is a Project desktop client Project Standard 2024. If yes, to use the Project desktop client, you need to buy Planner and Project Plan 3 or Planner and Project Plan 5 which includes the Project desktop client Project Online desktop client.

Buy Microsoft Project Standard 2024 - Requirements & Pricing | Microsoft Store

Compare All Planner Options and Prices| Microsoft Planner

Microsoft Project service description - Service Descriptions | Microsoft Learn

One license is only for one user. If you have five users, you need to buy five licenses for them to use it.

Thank you for your effort and time.
