    Hello,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

I've contacted the Store team and reported this unexpected behavior. Based on the response I got, this issue should be more related to the Visual Studio itself. The Partner Center site is working correctly when trying to access it from browser. Please report this issue in the VS feedback: https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/VisualStudio/report?

    Thank you.

If you're unable to associate your app with the Microsoft Store and not able to get a list of apps associated with your account in Visual Studio 2019, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Ensure that you're signed in with the correct Microsoft account: Check that you're signed in with the same Microsoft account that you used to register for the Windows Developer Program or the Windows Insider Program.
    2. Check your account permissions: Ensure that your account has the necessary permissions to register and manage apps in the Microsoft Store. You can check your account permissions in the Windows Dev Center dashboard.
    3. Verify your Visual Studio installation: Make sure that your Visual Studio installation is up-to-date and that you have the necessary components installed to develop and publish apps to the Microsoft Store.
    4. Check your internet connection: Ensure that you have a stable internet connection and that there are no network issues that may be preventing Visual Studio from connecting to the Microsoft Store.
    5. Clear Visual Studio cache: Sometimes, clearing the Visual Studio cache can help resolve issues related to app association. You can do this by opening the "Developer Command Prompt for VS 2019" and running the command "devenv /resetuserdata".
    6. Contact Microsoft support: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you can reach out to Microsoft support for further assistance in resolving the issue.

By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue with app association in the Microsoft Store.

The Universal Windows Platform (UWP) documentation includes manual steps to work around the metadata collection and packaging phase of uploading a game to Partner Center, that may get blocked if you encounter an error with the Store Association step in Visual Studio.
