Is there a way to copy and paste a pivot table fields into another sheet that has the same headers?

I’m wondering if there is a way to copy and paste pivot table and keep the fields the same. All my documents have the same headers except each document are separated by store numbers and then different data. I create pivot tables in each document for specific summaries. All the pivot tables in each document are the same. So I’m wondering if there is an easier way to just copy and paste instead of manually putting in the fields over and over again.

Hope this makes sense.

Thank you!

    There is a better way:

Copy one of your Store files and name the copy e.g. "Data.xlsx"

Make a new file and use Power Query to pull the data from that file, create your Pivot table and other analysis as usual. that is your Analysis file.

If you want to analyze a different Store: Copy the Store file, name it Data.xlsx and overwrite the old Data.xlsx file.

In your Analysis file click Data \ Refresh All, done.

And if you have a lot of Store files in the same folder, you can pull all data from all files using Power Query into your Analysis file and create e.g. slicers to filter the Stores you want to compare, use Timelines etc.
