Problem: Greek Letter Spacing in ToC (Heading 1)

I have three headings:

Heading 1: e.g. Chapter 1 - x,y,z,

Heading 2: e.g. Chapter 1.1. - x,y,z

Heading 3: e.g. Chapter 1.1.1 - x,y,z

I create a Table of Contents

In there, greek characters appear with line spacing.

There's no problem with english characters

Heading 2 has no problems with greek characters.

I'm at my wit's end. I've tried over 10 different approaches.

How to make line spacing for greek characters the same as english ones in the ToCs?
