    I figured it out.

It is a display language problem, and a bug affecting profiles with norwegian language.

    Solution/Workaround:

    Go to myaccount language settings:

    https://myaccount.microsoft.com/settingsandprivacy/language

Change language from norwegian to english.

To confirm the change is working, open a InPrivate browsing window (or clear all browser cache immediately). Then log in to https://admin.microsoft.com again. Should now be working, but be in english.

PS: During my troubleshooting with MS, we also tried getting another admin at my company (with english settings) to revoke and reinstate my admin membership. As far as I know, this changed nothing, but I cannot be certain of that.

Edit: As Kim Sandbekkbråten already pointed out, the issue is now resolved. I got a callback on my ticket today, and confirmed the solution for me as well. So it should be safe to switch language back if you want. If anyone comes across this thread in the future with similar issue : get in touch with the support number on this link : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/support-contact-info?view=o365-worldwide#norway - they have been very helpful with me. Also worth noting: During our remote troubleshooting, I did show the support agent this discussion thread to show that this was an issue affecting more than just me, and that the common denominator was the country (and therefore maybe language settings). Seems they did take notice of this discussion and watched the thread after that. Point being: even if you do not have anything more to contribute to the discussion than just a "hey, I have the same problem too!, and this is what i tried to fix or do as workaround with no luck" - it is helpful in narrowing down the scope of affected users.

    • @Anonymous would you mind marking this answer as correct, to show the issue is resolved?

    Hi.
    User from Norway here.

I've just been in contact with Microsoft support by phone, and they are aware of this error. It's most likely connected to some servermaintenance.

Unfortunately they don't have a timeframe for a fix yet.

    UPDATE 04.04.2023: Fixed by Microsoft.

    April 3, 2023 6:19 PM

    ID: MO536572
Title: Admins using the Norwegian language may be unable to access the Microsoft 365 admin center

User impact: Admins using the Norwegian language may have been unable to access the Microsoft 365 admin center.

More info: Affected admins may have seen a white blank page when attempting to access the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Final status: Further investigation revealed that the aforementioned update, initially intended to optimize supported language availability within the Microsoft 365 admin center, exposed a code regression that ultimately led to impact. We've confirmed that this update was successfully reverted and, according to our internal testing, monitoring this code’s telemetry, and confirmation from some formerly affected admins, the Microsoft 365 admin center is now accessible to all admins as expected.

Scope of impact: Some admins in Norway attempting to access the Microsoft 365 admin center may have experienced impact.

    Start time: Thursday, March 30, 2023, 1:12 AM (3/29/2023, 11:12 PM UTC)

End time: Monday, April 3, 2023, 5:20 PM (3:20 PM UTC)

Root cause: A recent service update, intended to optimize supported language availability within the Microsoft 365 admin center, exposed a code regression which subsequently resulted in impact.

Next steps: - We're assessing our update validation methodology to ensure code regressions aren't introduced in future updates. This is the final update for the event.

We also see this problem and reported this to Microsoft on Friday. No feedback so fare. Some Accounts working and some are not working. Some Accounts can work on some machines but when trying others it does not work. Some Accounts does not work on any machines/browsers. Have solved this problem for some users by creating a new account. For some this does not help.
