    To save a Word document as a PDF:

    1. In Word, go to File > Export.
    2. Select Create PDF/XPS Document.
    3. Click Publish.

    Done!

    In the doc > File > Print to MS Pdf

    Select File > Export > Create PDF/XPS Document.

    Click Create PDF/XPS.

    Specify a folder and a filename, then click Publish.
