How do I obtain a retail version of Access 2024?

It seems that the only version of Office 2024 that contains MS Access is Professional Plus LTSC. Which is a problem because it is not a Retail edition, which means it only gets security updates, and not feature updates.

On the flip side there appears to be no Retail, non-subscription package - as far as I have found so far - that includes Access 2024. And I am looking for the entire stable of programs - including Microsoft Access.

To be absolutely clear, I am looking for a non-subscription, non-LTSC, Retail version of Office 2024 that includes Access 2024 as well as all other usual Office apps.

What options do I have?

    What you have found is correct. The only version of Office 2024 which includes Access is the LTSC version.

    You can purchase Access 2024 by itself. Or you can purchase a Microsoft 365 license for a version which includes Access.

    I understand that none of those options are what you want, but that's the way Microsoft has now positioned Access.

    Short answer, none!

    There is NO consumer version of Office 2024 that include Access.

    You can get Office and then purchase Access separately.

    You can get a MS365 subscription which includes Access.

    Also note, any perpetual license, so 2024 only includes security update. None of the perpetual licenses include feature updates! Only MS365 includes feature updates.
