Hi,

I need a formulae in the cells below months' column to calculate amount due in the month otherwise 0

    If the dates in the date column represent some kind of payment date and you need to pay off the costs before that date in one go, I don't think there's anything that requires formula calculation.

    You just need to calculate the exact shipping and receiving dates to know when to make the payment. From the results, the shipping date is January 29, 2025, and the receiving date is February 13, 2025. This means that on December 24, you need to pay a prepayment of 300,000, and on February 25, you need to pay a total of 700,000 for the shipping and receiving costs. The amounts for the other dates are all zero.

    If you can provide a more detailed explanation of the data, I might be able to offer more formula-related suggestions.
