Hi everyone,
I'm trying out the free tier of Copilot Voice Chat, and I'm curious about the usage limits that apply. Could anyone provide details on the limitations for free-tier users, such as how much usage time is available, daily or monthly limits, and any restrictions on features compared to paid versions? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Dear Nariki Om Kishore,

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

We understand that you want to know the limitations of the Copilot Voice Chat free package.

Based on your description, we guess that you have tried the Copilot Voice Chat free package and want to know relevant information. We have made inquiries and need to explain this feature to you:

Copilot Voice is a new feature recently launched by Microsoft that can help you use more ways to ask questions and get intuitive mitigation solutions. There are currently four voice options to choose from.

Copilot Voice is initially available in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States in English. Copilot Voice will soon expand to more regions and languages.

Since this feature is a new feature information that has just been launched recently, and in order to collect more user experience and feedback information to help update and promote the launch of the official feature, we are temporarily unable to view the differences between the free and paid versions and the corresponding functional limitations in the official description.

Thank you very much for your support and use of Copilot. We are also paying close attention to the use and detailed information of this feature. If we receive any information about this feature, we will update you.

At the same time, we also recommend that you try to follow the official Microsoft website. If there are updates and more detailed explanations of functions or products, we will also have corresponding support articles to answer your questions.

We will also help you confirm with the relevant departments as soon as possible whether there are more detailed functions and support information to help you understand the difference between versions.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Best Regards,

Your trying to tell me, you provide a service yet have ZERO way to explain what people are actually getting? I have asked Co Pilot:

is it legal to sell a product with zero information?

No, it's not legal to sell a product with zero information. Most countries have strict regulations requiring that products come with essential information, such as ingredients, usage instructions, warnings, and other relevant details. This ensures consumer safety and informed purchasing decisions.

Would you like to know more about specific regulations in a particular country or region?

    Hello.

I have the same question. I had been using Copilot Voice for a while a few days ago and now I am still getting the message “come back tomorrow or switch to Pro”.

I need to know what the difference is between Standard and Pro but there are no clear answers.

I even tried yesterday to create a ticket for online support and I have never received a response back, however the ticket was “resolved”…

I would like to know if it is a bug, or Copilot voice is limited for the Standard subscription and once you have reached the limit, you will need either to give up this Voice feature or switch to Pro.

Please, kindly provide a clear information on further plans and steps.

    Thank you.

    its 30 minutes.

I got it from copilot itself by asking questions that left it no escape but say the time.

...yeah, that would be pretty good to know. It went from working, seemingly without limitation, to not being able to do anything beyond playing a sample. I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out what I had done previously to get it to work. Then I thought something might be wrong with my computer, as I had no memory of initiating a trial.
