We have 2 network printers that are installed on Windows 10. We added them using USB Port and shared them. When trying to connect to these printers from another workstation through a share by going to \\servername\printer we get the error 0x00000bc4. I fixed this error using this link https://sastechvision.in/how-to-fix-error-0x00000bc4-no-printers-were-found-in-windows-11/ by solution 3 in one Windows 11 22H2 workstation, but another workstation is Windows 10 22H2 and "Configure RPC connection settings" is not showing on this PC. please suggest how to get this setting in Windows 10 22H2 or how to fix this error in Windows 10.

Hello Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to Printer drivers.

  1. Please try to Switch from universal PCL driver to model specific PS driver.
  2. Open command prompt with elevated prompt and type below command one by one. Type “del %systemroot%\System32\spool\printers* /Q” and press Enter. Type “net start spooler” and press Enter.
  3. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose. --If the reply is helpful, please Upvote and Accept as answer--
