Since yesterday, it's impossible to create a new Sway document or either duplicate one existing. Am I the only one to have this problem ?

    Dear Stéphane Lavoisard,

You are not the only one having the problem. We tested this on our side and encountered the same issue—attempting to create or duplicate a Sway results in the error message: "We're having trouble creating your Sway."

Since our testing environment also experiences the same problem, this appears to be a backend issue. As community operator, we don’t have the resources to fix backend bugs directly. We recommend opening a support ticket with Microsoft Support, as they have the proper escalation channels to further investigate and resolve this issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow the instructions below to open a support ticket to our support engineers.

To create a support ticket, you need to have admin privileges. If you are the Microsoft 365 admin of your organization, you can sign in to Microsoft 365 admin center with your Microsoft 365 admin account, and select Support > Help and support, enter your question and select Contact support. Otherwise, please refer to How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin?

Thank you for your time and patience, we hope you have a great day!

There are many people across numerous threads with this issue - moderators are powerless to provide and real support and when you do raise a ticket or leave a message on a site where support is supposed to happen there is no response.

I have been told that peop[le are working on it however I'm not sure who they are and how long it will take.

I know this its a Microsoft issue at the application level.

Lets hope it gets sorted soon.
