In any event the maximum licences for M365 Business Basic (Identity, access, and user management for up to 300 employees) and M365 Business Standard (Everything in Business Basic, plus:) and Microsoft 365 Business Premium is (Everything in Business Standard, plus). Microsoft365 Business Premium is the name of a Microsoft365 bundle of software meant for small business. There are others in the same family, for example M365 Business Basic and M365 Business Standard.

Microsoft365 Business Premium is licensed per user. One license, one user.

Assuming M365 Business Premium costs $20 per license per month, then for 10 users it will cost $200 per month.

You can license up to 300 total licenses from the business family of products.

Eg Business Basic + Business Standard + Business Premium total cannot exceed 300 users.

Meaning the following scenarios are ok -

0 Business Basic + 0 Business Standard +300 Business Premium
100 Business Basic + 50 Business Standard + 100 Business Premium

The following are not ok
200 Business Basic + 100 Business Standard + 100 Business Premium
