Looking to using Gong with Microsoft Bookings

Hi,

I use Microsoft Bookings to schedule my meetings. We have started to use "Gong" in our company and I need to add it to all calls going forward.

I can add it to new meetings in my outlook diary but not to ones scheduled via Microsoft Bookings.

Has anyone come across a workaround for this scenerio?

    Hello Ciaran Behan,

Good day! Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft community.

As per your description, it seems like that you're seeking to integrate Gong with Microsoft Bookings to ensure that all your scheduled meetings are recorded by Gong.

Currently, Microsoft Bookings does not offer a direct integration with Gong. As a result, meetings scheduled through Microsoft Bookings may not automatically include Gong's recording features without additional configuration.

You may follow below method to see the outcome:

    1. If your organization uses Microsoft Teams, integrate it with Gong to generate unique consent links for each meeting. This setup ensures participants consent to recording before joining.
    2. For more details, refer to Microsoft Teams Development - Microsoft Q&A.

However, there is another specific channel for your mentioned concern where you will get some possible information for certain specific resources and platform from our related community members.

I understand your concern but since your problem is related to Bookings application, I would also like to suggest you post your concern in the related community i.e., Ask a question - Microsoft Bookings | Microsoft Community Hub Q&A to get the detailed help from the experts.

Apologies for redirecting you to different community as the members in the category posted focus on the users with out of the box concerns on Microsoft 365 and have limited knowledge on the MS Bookings; so, to get the fast and better assistance, we have redirected you in the correct path.

Appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a great day!!

    Best Regards,

    S M Nazmun Nur
