I live in Mexico, in a border town. Border towns in Mexico observe Daylight Savings. The rest of Mexico does not. Right now, my time matches the US' central time.
I work with people from all over the world, my boss is in the US, EST time zone and I need to coordinate meetings with him, some meetings in which I am not included and I need to set it up at the correct EST time. Starting today, my calendar is looking skewed and it is showing a 2-hour difference between CST and EST. It should only be one hour difference.
For some reason, I can't upload images here, I get a "failed to upload" error. But I am sharing the links to the screenshots so you can see the mess.
Calendar setting (I selected 3 time zones): selected 3 time zones.jpg
Mess my calendar shows: messedup calendar.jpg
Please help me, this is making my job very difficult.

Hi, thank you for your response, you did understand the issue: CST time is showing 2 hours behind EST. I tried all the steps you mentioned, it is still showing up skewed. See I selected the right time zone from the Calendar options in Outlook:
I also have the right time zone in my PC settings:
This is how my Outlook looks:
I had a similar issue with Pacific time and Central time, it was off by three hours instead of two. As a work around, I changed from Central Time to a different CST time zone, I used Central America. That moved it from three hours to two hours. After this month, I will most likely switch it back. Always fun, operating in multiple time zones.
Take care...mark
To temporarily "solve" this, I had to change my PC configuration to EST and my default calendar to EST, too. Then I added CST as a second time zone in Outlook. The time difference is now one hour as it should be. I'm not happy about my local clock saying I'm one hour ahead, but nothing else worked. I guess I'll have to wait till the end of the month to switch back as another user mentioned.
I'm still not happy Microsoft!
This has been a longstanding issue. By the end of the month when the rest of the world changes to Daylight Savings time, Outlook will realize that the time change occurred, and it will display the correct time in the 2nd and 3rd calendars. It's very annoying and should be embarrassing to Microsoft.
