    Hello SebastiaanLommers,

Welcome to the Microsoft Community. Thank you for supporting OneDrive.I understand the inconvenience of not being able to access your band's audio files stored in OneDrive.

As far as I know, some browsers may have specific default options to disable autoplay of video audio that may cause similar issues.

You can try accessingOneDrive Web using a different browser such as Edge, to see if you can play it properly.

You can also check Edge browser settings:

    • First make sure you are running the latest version of Edge.
    • Then go to the three dots, go to “Settings”, go to “Cookies and website permissions”. Scroll down to “Media Autoplay”.
    • Click Media Autoplay and set it to Allow.
    • Restart Microsoft Edge and try to play audio files and video files on OneDrive.

If it still won't open and is now no longer accessible on multiple devices, it may have something to do with OneDrive compatibility. I suggest you try downloading locally from OneDrive and then try playing it using a local player and see how it goes.

If none of that works, don't worry, you can also contact the OneDrive support team directly, who have higher access to help see check the cause.

You can email the OneDrive support team by clicking the link below:  https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkId=528676P.S. Before clicking on the link, you need to visit onedrive.live.com with your browser and sign in with your Microsoft account, then clicking on the link will automatically redirect to the OneDrive webpage to send an email.

I hope this is useful and please feel free to ask any questions.

    Best regards,

Ian - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
