Hi MSFT team,

We have customer using M365 services and Google Services, when Users using Google services are sharing files as visitors to us to access the files, we are able to access by authorizing it.

But we have multiple customer tenants using Google services and we find it not a good practice to inform all 200+ customers to change the settings from their end share the file to us so that we can access using M365 account.

Kindly let me if there is any work around or any settings to be enabled in M365 tenant so that we can access the shared Google sheets/docs etc using M365 work account to have a seamless collaboration on services.

Additionally attaching the link from a previous user who had a same concern which went unanswered. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/use-office-365-email-accounts-for-google-services/227c0867-98d4-4bc5-8bc0-955ca0f13cc4

Looking for solution if anyone are aware of this issue since even after raising support ticket there was so resolution provided.

    Dear Narasimha L**,**

Good day! Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community. I'm happy to assist you with this issue.

Based on your description, it seems that you're looking for a way to access Google Sheets/Docs shared by external Google service users using your Microsoft 365 account without needing to request access every time or informing all customers to change their sharing settings.

Currently, Microsoft 365 accounts and Google services are managed under separate identity platforms, and there is no built-in integration that allows automatic access to Google files using Microsoft 365 accounts. However, I would like to share possible workaround:

    • **Google Drive File Sharing Settings:**If Google users are sharing files with specific people instead of "Anyone with the link", you will need to request access each time. You can suggest Google users to select "Anyone with the link" option while sharing files to avoid manual authorization.

In the meantime, I highly recommend submitting feedback to Microsoft regarding your request via the Microsoft Feedback Portal.Your feedback helps our development team prioritize future features.

I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please let me know if you need any further assistance about to using M365. I'm happy to help!

    Sincerely,
    Sophia.
