    Harry,

I encountered a similar challenge when formatting text in MS Forms, and found the following option for inserting a hard line break. Place the cursor at the line break place, hold down "Shift" and press "Enter". This gave me some benefit for my form. Not sure if it will fix for you, but wanted to share.

    Hi Batool Al Jaafreh,

Thank you for your further reply and updates.

Based on your screenshot, it seems when you inserted your context, Microsoft Forms does properly display the paste result in the organized format. For the situation you’ve encountered, I do understand the inconvenience caused and feel very sorry about it.

As far as I know, sometimes when you insert/copy an external context into Microsoft Forms, it may not keep the original format as Forms is an online based service which has format limitation due to its product construction. As workaround, after pasting your text, I suggest you can manually adjust your context’s format in your forms: Format your survey or quiz questions - Microsoft Support and check whether it can reach the effect you want or not.

Meanwhile, Personally, I’m totally agree and understand about this limit scenario in Microsoft Forms. Improving it is definitely great addition to the current availabilities of Forms when you want to create long text format such as guidelines, announcement, agreement, etc. Due to this situation, I sincerely suggest you can go to this link: Microsoft Forms · Community to go to our Feedback community and send your feedback and requirements. Our product team is in charge of the site, and they constantly check customer reviews and feedback, and a lot of the features are developed and improved based on customer feedback.

Please notice and accept my apologies that as moderators in the community, we are not supported for the product design and have limited resources for the advanced info for Microsoft products. To help you send your feedback to the related development team, we have redirected you to the correct path.

Greatly Appreciate again for your patience and understanding.

I wish you keep safe and warm regards to you as well. 😊

    Sincerely,
