I’m so disappointed with Microsoft products. Why do you make such a useless, not user-friendly product? I want my Office 365 applications to remove the useless functions, such as my profile icon and add-ins. Please remove them for me. It’s so frustrating and disappointing

    I don't think the profile avatar can be removed, but if you're talking about the "Add-ins" group at the end of the Home tab, you can remove that.

    1. On the File menu, select Options (you may have to click More at the bottom of the menu to reach it).
    2. In the Options dialog, select the Customize Ribbons tab.
    3. In the Customize the Ribbon and keyboard shortcuts dialog, the Home tab will be selected under Main Tabs. Select Add-ins and click Remove.
