I’m looking to obtain a copy of Microsoft’s current W9 form

Our company now mandates purchase orders for payments, and to comply, need to register Microsoft as a vendor in our accounting system. This process requires latest W9 form. I’d appreciate any assistance in getting it. Thanks!

    We have a similar need for Microsoft's W-9. Can you please provide instructions on where to get this? We are unable to submit payment for our EA invoice unless I register Microsoft as a vendor in our ERP system.
