Recover lost files

I was writing my assignment on copilot and my decide died before i could save it and now its gone, i cant find it and it was untitled please tell me if there is anything i can do

    If data was lost while using Copilot, unfortunately, there is currently no way to recover unsaved data. To prevent similar issues in the future, consider the following measures:

    1. Save Regularly: Develop the habit of saving your work frequently to ensure important content is not lost.
    2. Enable AutoSave: If you are using Microsoft 365 applications, enable the AutoSave feature. This will automatically save your files to the cloud, even if your device shuts down unexpectedly.
    3. Use OneDrive: Save your files to OneDrive to ensure they are synchronized across different devices and can be recovered in case of an emergency.
