Hello, I saved my presentation on Sharepoint and my computer turned off sudenly. Since then I am trying to reopen the file and not not able to repair the files. I added the opoups screenshot below. can you help me recover or repair this file please
When i open it in app it says
and when i open it in web it says back toapp

As per the description shared, I understand your concern and since you mentioned the problematic file presents in SharePoint Online, I would like to recommend you to recommend you to restore the previous version:
Go to the problematic file in the cloud location such as SharePoint Online> Right-click> Version History> Hover the mouse over the previous version> Click on three dots> Restore.
Now check whether you are able to open the file.
