    Jonathan,

I can log into my onedrive account from different machines and browsers. The message occurs wherever I go to MyFiles in Onedrive to access my files. It is across different browsers Chrome and Edge. it is across different devices PC and Mobile Web. It is also from my Onedrive Mobile App. I cannot access Files or Photos.

I have been shut off from having access to my files since Thursday. It is already 3 days and it is frustrating not having access to your files.

    Please help.

    Hi Nagaraja ,

    Thanks for visiting Microsoft Community.

It appears you are encountering an issue with the OneDrive application.

Could you kindly specify when exactly the error message you described occurs? Does it appear when attempting to open a particular file, or when launching the OneDrive application itself? If the error manifests while accessing a specific file, I would recommend attempting to access your files through the web browser by logging into onedrive.live.com to verify accessibility. Should the issue arise during the application's initialization, please refer to the detailed steps outlined in the referenced article for resetting the OneDrive application.

Should you require any further assistance or have additional information to share, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Best Regards,

Jonathan Z - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
