i followed these steps, now I can't access the outlook even though i purchased an MS office 2024. Although it will not allow me to access it now, cause I don't have a login anymore, I am worried that if i close it, I will loose all my emails. HELP! Hello Vita,

MS Office Home 2024 does not include Outlook. You may wish to use a free third party app like Mozilla Thunderbird or Betterbird to manage your e-mail. You can import your Outlook data into Thunderbird. Please try to Google these subjects and see if it resolves your issue. If not, please post here (or send me a personal message on ******@outlook.com) and I shall try to help you further.

My Microsoft 365 expire. Decided not to renew. Instead, I have opted for Office Home 2024, which I have purchased and is validated as such by Microsoft.

    1. Do I need to further de-activate 365 or did the expiration and/or Office 2024 purchase take care of that.?
    2. Has Office 2024 now been automatically installed by my validated purchase, or do I need to do anything further to activate it? (Bear with me. Senior citizen here)
