I was assured they know about the issue. however I do not think personal accounts are a priority for them. I have had this issue for over 1/2year now

As I already said, I am quite sure that Microsoft isnt the problem here, but the indian support team they have.

They are so bad at answering questions - and even more FORWARDING IMPORTANT ISSUES - that I am suprised that they are not already replaced with AI, which would make their job already 10 times better.

I dont want to hate but I have quite some experience with the microsoft answers community on other accounts.

In my opinion, this is the only thing that really holds them back after all the things in the meantime they did right. The reason is they really dont get the feedback of the customers the way they should be.

Again, this is a topic that one microsoft programmer could fix in a few hours, and it doesnt have to be a very skilled one at that.

    Maybe its not Microsofts fault.

If you are on those forums for a long time, you see that the answers of the so-called "support team" are subpar at best, if you are lucky and get answers from support in the first place.

I take a wild guess and say those complaints arent forwarded to Microsoft at all, because too many complaints could somehow mean that the support team isnt doing well. :D Typical way of thinking and behaviour of support if outsourced to one specific country.
Thats why many companies outsource their support now to a certain other country.

The only software where issues are solved quickly are those where the developers have direct access - the software they have on GitHub.

Every time I go to this website here, I ask myself why I bother writing something here, if the only ones communicating with each other are the people who need help :/
