How do I delete a plan in MS planner?

To delete a plan in Microsoft Planner, please follow these steps:

Please go to the plan you want to delete, click on the three dots at the top, select plan details, and then delete this plan. ( Please note only the plan you created can be deleted )

Ok I think I got it. You probably created planner a plan in some team where you are not the owner. It doesn't matter that you created the plan, if you are not the owner, you will not be able to delete it. Only team owner (group owner) can.

I did NOT create the Plan in ToDo app, but rather it was created within Planner. Here is how I found the Delete button (it is in Plan Details!):

1. Within Teams > Planner, click My Plans
2. Select the desired Plan to delete
3. Click the name of the plan name again(!) in the header (looks like "My Plan > [PLAN TO DELETE]")
4. On the right, Plan Details should open.
5. At the bottom of the Details window pane is a Delete button

I also created a plan and shared it with a group. Now I want to delete the plan, but just like Ashley, I can't. I read that I need to be the owner, but how can I find out who the owner is?

I believe I have all the necessary permissions (including owner permissions), so could you please let me know how I can delete a plan? Also, why am I unable to delete a plan that I created?

I have the same issue. I did not create the plan as part of a group. I created it a few years ago in a previous version of planner so is not p[art of a group or Teams space.
